SBU DPT project provides mobility for children with disabilities
Serving others is at the heart of the mission for the faculty, staff, and doctor of physical therapy students at Southwest Baptist University. SBU's DPT department hosted an event on Nov. 4 called "Go Baby Go" to provide mobility opportunities for local children with disabilities.

Meadows presents at Honors Council conference
Southwest Baptist University's Dr. Jodi Meadows recently was selected as a presenter during the 52nd annual National Collegiate Honors Council conference in Atlanta, Ga. The conference, themed "Just Honors," highlighted student and faculty research presentations from across the nation, providing training and development for honors program administrators.
Fulbright Visiting Scholar to lecture at SBU on Dec. 4
Southwest Baptist University's Darrell R. Strait Center, along with the Physics and Pre-Engineering and International clubs, welcome Fulbright Visiting Scholar Dr. Mamta Bhatia as she presents lectures at 4 and 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 4 in room 139 of the Wheeler Science Center on the Bolivar campus.

37th annual Festival of Christmas to be held Dec. 3
The 37th annual Festival of Christmas, sponsored by Southwest Baptist University and Community Outreach Ministries, will be presented at 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 3, in Mabee Chapel on SBU's Bolivar campus.
SBU Concert, Bolivar choirs present Fall concert
The Southwest Baptist University Concert Choir and the Bolivar Community Choir will present their annual Fall concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 28, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.
SBU wins fourth-annual CatFight Giving Challenge
Alumni and supporters of Drury and Southwest Baptist universities, as well as current SBU students, raised a combined $191,941 during the fourth-annual CatFight Giving Challenge, which helps raise money for each school's annual fund.
SBU, Drury square off in annual CatFight Giving Challenge
Southwest Baptist University and Drury University will battle once again in the fourth-annual CatFight Giving Challenge, through which the universities compete to raise money for their annual funds. Last year, SBU raised more than $25,000, the most in SBU's history of the challenge.

Bolivar High School, SBU join forces for jazz concert Nov. 14
The Bolivar High School Jazz Band will join the Southwest Baptist University Jazz Ensemble in concert at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 14, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.
