BOLIVAR, Mo. — Thirty Southwest Baptist University students were inducted into the
Missouri Gamma Chapter of Alpha Chi Honor Society in April.
Alpha Chi is a national college honor society that admits students from all academic
disciplines. Membership is limited to the top 10 percent of an institution’s juniors
and seniors who have at least a 3.8 grade point average and a record that reflects
academic integrity and honesty.
Students who were inducted are:
- Sarah VanBebber – junior social science education major from Auburn, Ill.
- Taylor Fischer – junior exercise science major from Appleton City, Mo.
- Brittany Tarrant – senior music education major from Bolivar
- Joshua Yount – senior physics major from Bakersfield, Mo.
- Chad Pollett – junior Christian ministry major from Eldon, Mo.
- Mary Arts – senior elementary education major from Salem, Mo.
- Torben Semrau – senior management major from Hofheim, Germany
- Marisa Mayo – senior political science major from Springfield, Mo.
- Klara Vickov – junior exercise science major from Forest Hill, FO, Australia
