More than 200 students to graduate at SBU winter commencement ceremonies

Southwest Baptist University is set to graduate 214 students at two winter 2016 commencement ceremonies. The Bolivar campus will hold commencement at 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16, in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sports Center.

SBU honors the Bryants with Life Beautiful Awards

Robbie Bryant, MEP maintenance supervisor, and his wife, Dr. Julie Bryant, associate professor of education, received the Staff and Faculty Life Beautiful Awards during the annual employee Christmas banquet Dec. 6 at Southwest Baptist University.

SBU honors employees for years of service

Southwest Baptist University honored employees with employment anniversary milestones, beginning with five years, during the annual employee Christmas banquet Dec. 6. The employees recognized have given a total of 470 years of service to SBU.

Southwest Baptist University senior art majors will be presenting their senior show exhibit titled "And I Thought" from Dec. 11-17 at Bolivar's Pop Up Shop (formerly the Tea Garden), 113 S. Main Ave., Bolivar.
