I teach Pilates and Core Rehabilitation group fitness classes to a local group of military moms. The class is designed to help mothers improve their core stability and promote physical activity participation. My research indicates core stability is a significant predictor of physical activity, and I desire to share my knowledge and passion for women's health with this group.
