SBU High School Invitational Choir Student Response Form

Congratulations on your selection to the 2024 Southwest Baptist University High School Invitational Choir - an honor choir experience for select high school choral students. Your choir director has nominated you based on your outstanding musical contributions and talent. This is an opportunity for you to join the premiere choral ensemble of SBU, the Chorale, and other talented students from the area in a day of music making on the campus of SBU. The day consists of rehearsals, lunch and dinner, and an evening performance in beautiful Pike Auditorium. The events are complimentary for all selected students — there is no cost for participation in this event, which highlights the talents of top choir students in the area. You are responsible for transportation to and from SBU. Directors are welcome to attend all rehearsals, and parents and family are especially invited to attend the evening's concert. Conductor for the event is Alex Favazza, professor of music and director of choral studies at SBU. Please provide us with information below so that we may contact you directly with more details.
