SBU May 2020 graduates have option of walking in December ceremony

May 2020 graduates of Southwest Baptist University will have the option of walking in an on-campus commencement ceremony in December. All graduates still are strongly encouraged to participate in the online ceremonies on Saturday, May 16.

Meilani Conley: Driven to Succeed

As a young girl, Meilani Conley '08 developed an interest in computers. And, it actually began when she was attempting to fix her dad's computer. Her drive continued when her interests and abilities were challenged.

SBU-Mountain View students awarded scholarships for 2020-2021

Southwest Baptist University-Mountain View students have been awarded scholarships, including the Bolerjack, Sharp, Glass, Shaw and Oak Grove Baptist Church scholarships, for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Taylor-Made Roofing to establish endowed scholarship at SBU

Russell and Orlando Taylor of Taylor-Made Roofing have given $50,000 to establish a new endowed scholarship at Southwest Baptist University - the Vivian Sue Long Scholarship Fund.

SBU adjusts admissions process during global pandemic

Southwest Baptist University is adjusting its admissions process on all campuses -- Bolivar, Mountain View, Salem and Springfield -- during the COVID-19 global pandemic, including making applications test-optional.

Housing and refund information for Spring 2020 semester
