Lynch to speak about Missouri Constitution

BOLIVAR, Mo. – Southwest Baptist University’s Department of History and Political Science will present Judge Gary Lynch, Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 11, in Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.

Lynch, a Bolivar resident and 1974 SBU graduate, will talk about Article I, Sections 1-4 of the Missouri Constitution.

“We’re all looking forward to learning about state government from someone who is directly involved in the process,” said Dr. Coyle Neal, assistant professor of political science.

Coyle said the event, which is free and open to the public, is designed to help students and the community learn more about the Missouri Constitution.
