Howes to be featured in SBU faculty recital May 9

BOLIVAR, Mo. – The Southwest Baptist University Division of Arts & Humanities will present a faculty recital featuring Dr. Sarah Howes, soprano, at 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 9 in Meyer Recital Hall on the Bolivar campus.

Howes, assistant professor of music at SBU, will present a collaborative recital. She will be joined on stage by Dr. Melinda Jones (piano), Dr. Jeffery Waters (saxophone), Esther Clifton (cello), Carol Harrison (violin), Michelle Draper (flute) and Timothy Wootton (trumpet). The group will perform works by Bach, Kyriakou, Poulenc, Rossini and Laitman.
