Master of Science in Technology Education & Leadership
SBU's Master of Science in Technology Education and Leadership is a 30-hour degree program that provides a solid foundation for technology leaders and computing teachers, while focusing on the emerging area of Artificial Intelligence as well as successful pedagogy methodologies for computing instruction.
The program is designed to:
- Retrain practicing educators to teach computer science at the high school level via a graduate credentialing degree.
- Equip technology leaders with skills related to emerging technology trends that may transform the use of technology in their school districts.
- Offer rigor and experience needed to satisfy state and national standards for teaching computer science at the K12 level.
