Bolivar High School seniors take education courses at SBU
Two Bolivar High School seniors are getting a head start on a career in teaching, thanks to an agreement that was finalized last spring between BHS and Southwest Baptist University.

Chamber Orchestra to present free concert Nov. 1
The Southwest Baptist University Chamber Orchestra will present a free concert at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 1, in the Meyer Recital Hall of Casebolt Music Center on the Bolivar campus.

SBU President outlines strategic planning timeline
Southwest Baptist University President Dr. Eric A. Turner told the University's Board of Trustees during its meeting Tuesday, Oct. 16, to expect a finalized strategic plan by the October 2019 board meeting.
SBU CIS announces senior projects for 2018-2019
Southwest Baptist University's Department of Computer and Information Sciences has selected 23 seniors - the largest class in the department's history - to work on six projects sponsored by several leading companies and organizations, including the U.S. Federal Reserve banking system.
