SBU Opera Workshop to perform "The Merry Wives of Windsor"

Southwest Baptist University's Opera Workshop will present an operatic version of William Shakespeare's "The Merry Wives of Windsor" at 7:30 p.m., April 21-22, in Pike Auditorium on the Bolivar campus.

SBU CIS team wins Mid-South Region Programming Contest

Southwest Baptist University's top competitive programming team took an early lead and didn't look back in capturing the Consortium for Computing Sciences Mid-South Region Programming Contest on March 31 at Lyon College in Batesville, Ark.

SBU Speaking Bearcats finish in top 3 at national tournament

Southwest Baptist University's Speaking Bearcats finished in the top 3 at the Pi Kappa Delta National Tournament and Convention, brought home a national championship in literary criticism and had two members named All-American at the event held March 22-25, 2017, at Boise State University, in Boise, Idaho.
