Course extensions are $25 per credit hour, per course. After your registration has been processed, you may pay through WebAdvisor, through the MySBU portal, or by calling (417) 328-1523. Please note that a 2.5% processing fee is charged for debit/credit card transactions.

When this form and payment are received, a one-time two (2) month extension will be granted from the original course expiration date. Any exceptions must be approved by the online independent study office.
