Southwest Baptist University's campus in Mountain View, Mo., provides quality higher education close to home for residents of Howell County and surrounding areas. Classes are taught in the afternoon and evening, making a degree at SBU-Mountain View attainable for people who are in the workforce but pursuing higher education to open new employment opportunities.
Southwest Baptist University offers several graduate degree programs, several of which offer online courses and convenient scheduling. SBU Graduate Studies include a Master of Business Administration degree, a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree, and multiple Graduate Education programs (master's, specialist and doctorate).

A finance charge of 9% per year is assessed on all balance due past 30 days.
To receive a customized financial aid package and receive any financial aid for which you may qualify, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at https://fafsa.ed.gov. SBU's recommended deadline for submitting the FAFSA is March 15 for the following academic year. Be sure to include the SBU school code (002502) to have your FAFSA sent to SBU.

Once you are admitted to SBU, you will receive an SBU email address and access to the MySBU Admitted Student Portal. You need to check your SBU email address often, for important information, especially related to the online process for approving and finalizing your financial aid award.
You may purchase textbooks for your courses beginning two weeks before the start of the term. Textbooks must be paid for when placing order and can be purchased online through the SBU Bookstore.
