Fitness Class Schedule

Aqua Aerobics

Working out in the pool adds 10x the resistance of land. Get a great cardio workout while letting the water’s resistance sculpt your body. This low-impact class is great for all abilities.

Body Sculpting

This is one of our most popular classes and is great for all fitness levels. This class focuses on toning & strengthening the entire body! We use stability balls, free weights, exercise bands, kettlebells, bosu balls and jump ropes to firm up our legs, butt, abs, waist, back, shoulders, and arms.

Burning Xcess Intervals

This class uses a high intensity interval format to get your heart pumping while you shed fat and build lean muscle.

Cardio Step

This class uses the Step for a high intensity cardio workout. Step will not only provide a great cardio workout, but also focuses on toning your hips, thighs, butt, and abs. The easy to follow choreography is great for beginners and advanced steppers alike.

Cardio Step Kickboxing

This high intensity cardio class combines two favorites, step & kickboxing, for an upbeat cardio workout. In this class you will step, punch, and kick your way to a new level of fitness as you build strength and endurance.

Killer Abs

15 minutes of focused ab work!

Pilates

This class works on stretching, strengthening, and balancing the body through specific exercises and breathing patterns. You will come away from class with a stronger core, leaner body, and better posture.

PiYo

This class combines salutations, stretching, poses, and Pilates exercises all into one relaxing class. This class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, and balance while working the entire body.

Power Up

A high intensity interval class working all muscle groups to improve overall power and endurance.

Stretch & Flex

A time for intense stretching using your own body weight as resistance in a relaxed atmosphere. The class focuses on improving flexibility and balance.

Zumba

This workout is disguised as a dance party! The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, meringue, mambo, Bollywood, and belly dancing to get your heart pumping!

Zumba Sculpt

This class combines two of our most popular classes, Zumba and Body Sculpting. This class will alternate Zumba with Body Sculpting exercises to create a total body workout building lean muscle and shedding fat while having fun!
