Please pray for the family of Dr. Fred Winters, senior pastor of First Baptist Church, Maryville, Illinois, who was shot yesterday morning during their church service.
BOLIVAR, MO – The Southwest Baptist University theatre department will present “A Festival of New Works” at 7 p.m. Feb. 26 and 27 in Davis-Newport Theater located in Jester Learning and Performance Center on the University’s Bolivar campus.
BOLIVAR, MO – SBU scholarship students and their donors recently gathered at the 15th annual Scholarship Appreciation Day luncheon held in the Jane and Ken Meyer Wellness and Sport Center at Southwest Baptist University. More than 300 donors and students attended the banquet, a record number for the event.
BOLIVAR, MO -- The University Libraries of Southwest Baptist University present the Fourth Annual Fall Meet the Authors Series event, Thursday, October 30, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Harriett K. Hutchens Library. The library is located in the Jester Learning & Performance Center on the SBU Bolivar campus. J. W. (Jim) Wilcox, author of Body in the Baptistery, will discuss his book and the exciting new genre of Christian murder mysteries.
