BOLIVAR, MO –Southwest Baptist University's Redford College of Theology and Ministry announced that Dr. Duke Jones, assistant professor of Christian education, was selected as a recipient of the 2005-2006 Who's Who Among America’s Teachers.
Dr. Jones also was the recipient of the 2005-2006 Faculty Technology Fellowship at SBU, enabling him to research and develop technology for the classroom. He continues to serve as the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Dadeville, Mo. In addition, he trained youth workers at the First Baptist Church of Clinton, Mo., in the spring of 2006.
Dr. Jones taught several courses at Dallas Baptist University this past year, and is currently developing a youth ministry online course for Rockbridge Seminary.
