All May 2009 graduates will be receiving a graduation information letter from the Provost Office.  The undergraduate degree letters will be mailed March 19/20.  The graduate degree letters will be mailed around the first week of April.  The letter is being mailed to your local address (first address you listed on your intent to graduate card you submitted to the registrar's office).  If you do not receive a letter by within a reasonable amount of time, contact the Provost Office at 417-328-1601 or stop by to pick up a copy.  This letter has a wealth of information all graduates need to know.
 
Commencement REHEARSAL will be at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, May 22, in Pike Auditorium in the Mabee Chapel building. 
Commencement LINEUP will begin promptly at 9:15 a.m., Saturday, May 23, at the locations printed in the letters mailed to the graduates.  Graduates are to be dressed in their regalia and in their lineup locations no later than 9:15 a.m.
The Commencement CEREMONY will be at 10:00 a.m. May 23, 2009, outdoors on the Merrill Burnidge Memorial Forum (south of Mabee Chapel).
