SBU PBL Enjoys Victories at Nationals

BOLIVAR, MO -- Eleven Southwest Baptist University Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) students competed at the FBLA-PBL 2009 National Leadership Conference (NLC) at Hilton Anaheim, June 20–23, with 1,700 of the nation’s top PBL members, and seven national trophies were brought home.  Following are the SBU results:

The four-day conference included business and leadership training and workshops, corporate tours and the election of national officers.  Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL) is a non-profit educational association of student members preparing for careers in business and business education.  PBL has a combined membership of over 11,000 active members in 500 chapters in the U.S.
