Committed to Excellence
Southwest Baptist University Missions and Ministries adopted the Standards of Excellence in Short-Term Mission, as a code of best practice to ensure individuals and teams sent from SBU strive for excellence. As a provisional member of the Standards of Excellence, our university is committed to do short-term mission well and we commit to examining every area of STM – from preparation and training pre-field, to ministry and service on-field, to follow through post-field. Literally, every process involved with short-term mission is to be evaluated based on the SOE.
