Roc Bottomly from the Focus on
the Family Institute spoke in
Monday's chapel on the importance
of seeing the big picture. Using Matthew 6:22-23 as a reference,
Roc explained that, as Christians,
we need to realize that we are royalty
in training to reign forever with
Christ. If we can grasp this concept,
we will be more able to face the hardships of life (school, work, relationships,etc) instead of
becoming discouraged and quitting.

Roc and his wife teach courses on marriage at the Institute.

His wife also shared how trusting God with your mate can give you a wonderful love story of your own.
