maximum fines are:
- $5.00 per item for 20 cent items
- $20.00 per item for 2 Hour
In-Library Items
- $20.00 per item for 1,3, or 7
Day Items
NOTICE: Once the
maximum fine on a University Libraries item is reached on each item,
the borrower must pay a nonrefundable processing & handling charge
of $10.00 per item, plus the replacement cost of each item, plus
the accumulated fine per item.
NOTICE: Fines,
fees and replacement charges for SWAN-MOBIUS materials are
determined by the policies of the SWAN-MOBIUS Consortium and the
individual member libraries within the consortium.
Help Us Keep Costs Down
Please avoid keeping
library materials past the due date. Processing overdue materials
costs the Library precious funds that could be better spent on
purchasing new materials rather than trying to recover loaned
materials. Other patrons may be needing the materials you have
borrowed, so your conduct as a borrower of materials really does
affect other people! |
