November 29, 2005 - It is a strange feeling as I am approaching the date of my return.  I no longer have the sense that I am here for a long time, for I only have less than a month left.  There are many emotions that are flooding in. 

October 26, 2005 - I have finally the ability to write this long overdue account of what the Lord has been doing here in Taichung Taiwan.  This has the potential of being extremely long; it is okay if you skim.

September 25, 2005 - Well-I believe that it is officially fall over there in America, however, One would never be able to tell here!  The sun is still shining brightly. 

September 8, 2005 - Hello Friends, Words are all that I have right now so I want you to know that you are a vital part of the quality of my stay here in Taiwan. I appreciate anything that you send halfway across the world; I think about you all so much. 

August 19, 2005 - The air is filled with smoke today because today in Taiwan is the commencement of Ghost month. Ghost month is when all the business owners put out food on tables for all of the wandering hungry spirits to satisfy themselves.

August 13, 2005 - Hello my friends. Well, If you are trying to keep track of Landee and I on a map we have moved up the Island on China side to the third largest city in Taiwan, Taichung. 

July 24, 2005 - Hello Friends. Well, so much has happened since I last emailed you. To begin with we survived a level-four typhoon on the five-point scale. The whole city was shut down.

July 16, 2005 - Hello friends. Well it's official; I am on my way to becoming Taiwanese.  Landee and I went to our first language class today and said our four tones probably a hundred times. 

July 12, 2005 - Hello friends. I am here in Taiwan. The long anticipated time has commenced.  I have already spent a day walking all over the capital city soaking in my temporary home and the task the Lord has set before me.
