November 28, 2005 - This will be the last time writing all of you until I arrive back in the States on December 12. I want you to know that all your yarping and encouragement has made a difference.

October 31, 2005 - This week I had to improve my vocabulary as I no longer can say that "My age is 21 years" in Bangla. I now am forced to say that my age is 22, although they might call it "23 running." We've had a very busy week since I last wrote
October 23, 2005 - This past week the weather has gotten cooler; showers are now a matter of strategic planning. The hope is that if you shower in the afternoon or early evening the black water tanks on the roof will have been heated a bit by the sun, giving a little warm water.
