October 17, 2007 - The M.s, Prem (our guide), and I just returned from a six day trek.  It was one of the greatest, but hardest experiences I have had here.  On day one, we left about 7am and took an hour taxi ride to our drop off point. 

September 30, 2007 - These past few weeks have been quite busy with teaching, holidays, and spending a few days in KTM.  The last day of class with our ESL students is October 16th. 

September 11, 2007 - It seems like time is flying by.  I just renewed my visa for the first time which means I have now been in South Asia for 3 months.  I love it here. 

August 31, 2007 - Hello again!  It has been another interesting week in South Asia.  Monday started off normal with never ending stairs, ESL, and language lessons. 

August 24, 2007 - Saturday our ESL students came over again for a few hours.  Bijay and Ishu were able to come this week for the first time.  We had a great time talking about Dad and listening to worship music.

August 17, 2007 - On Wednesday Mrs. M and I were able to share Dad with three students from our ESL class.  They were so curious and interested in learning more. 

August 8, 2007 - Kaila left for KTM on Tuesday last week and made it safely back to the States this past Saturday. 

July 29, 2007 - Well Kaila and I have been here for about two weeks now.  Upon arrival in PKR Kaila and I were still getting sick when we ate. 

July 14, 2007 - We have been here over a month now! Our time in Delhi has been wonderful. We have become quite attached to our Nepali language teacher, Sentrila.

July 1, 2007 - This past Sunday we attended a Nepali service. I am pretty sure the only words I was able to understand were hajur (yes), Jay Masihi (PTL), dhannyabaad (thank you) and taapaai (you).

June 23, 2007 - Living abroad has been really hard.  Our home is located between a big city and a smaller town. This makes it difficult to build friendships with the people near us.

June 16, 2007 - Kaila and I made it!  We had a little trouble finding our way around the airport in Delhi, but we finally realized we needed to catch a bus to the domestic airport in order to catch our next flight.

June 12, 2007 - Kaila and I made it. The plane ride was long, but we are doing well.
