November 27, 2007 - Jeanna and I have been busy teaching and learning more Chinese, but lately we have been really busy with our ethnography paper. 

November 7, 2007 - I'm sorry if it has been a long time since I have written.  I can't really remember when it was that I wrote last...the days seem to be going slowly but then I look up and it's already a week into November! 

October 12, 2007 - I'm sorry that it has been so long since I have written!  Things have gotten busy here; there always seems to be a meeting to go to or something to prepare for or the digital library is closed and we can't get on the internet...

September 17, 2007 - I couldn't really think of anything more interesting for the subject of this letter.  East Asia in September has been busy! 

August 28, 2007 - What is it like in East Asia in August, you ask?  Well, it is a bit different from what I had expected... We've had a lot of fun experiences, ...

July 23, 2007 - I hope everyone is doing well. Has it been two weeks since my last update already? (Actually, I'm really asking. I can't remember if it has or not...) Well everything is speeding along here. Teaching has been a good experience!

July 8, 2007 - Ni hao. Wo shi Joanna. Ni jiao shen me? Jian dao ni hen gao xing! Ni hen piao liang/shuai. Wo shi mei guo ren. Wo xiang zuo yi ge zhong guo ren!

June 24, 2007 - We have now been here for two weeks, and it seems like a lot longer sometimes, but other times I feel we haven't even really begun our work...which we haven't, really.
