November 29, 2007 - And so…only 8 days left in Portugal! How crazy is that? Sorry for the lateness of this update. We have been so busy—it’s insane. But we finished our ethnography paper, and it seems to have turned out well.

October 26, 2007 - Things are rolling along closer and closer to the end of our time here in Portugal. Kim and I are so sad about that. Every time the subject of leaving comes up, we say, “No, no, we’re not going to think about that.” But things are going well.

September 24, 2007 - Things have been pretty crazy around here for the past couple of weeks, but life has been crazy because it’s going really well.

August 28, 2007 - I would have to say, things have been pretty awesome here the past few weeks. Dad is doing some pretty cool stuff in Portugal.

August 7, 2007 - I know it’s definitely been about 5 weeks since my last update, but I’m here again. Really, I’m not dead. It’s OK. Anyway, the past weeks have been so crazy busy, but the Father has been doing some really great things.

July 3, 2007 - Ola, lovely family and friends! (Drat, there’s supposed to be an accent mark over the A, but I can’t figure out how to do that on my computer )

June 14, 2007 - Hello from Portugal! I hope everyone is doing well. Kim and I are doing great here in Portugal. This email is my first official update to all of my family and friends.
