Meningitis Vaccine

The Meningitis Vaccine is available at the SBU Health Center for our cost, which is $95.00. Call 328-1888 to make an appointment and check availability. The $95.00 is due at the time of the injection.
Fall and Spring hours:
MWF 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (closed during chapel)
TTH 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The nurse may be available at other times as needed.
Limited medical treatment, referrals, and medical counseling are available to the student. This service is extended to all students through the health fee. Additional information is available at the Health Center, (328- 1888). To obtain documentation for a class absence, the student must be seen by the Director of Health Services on the first day of the class absence.
The University will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the student for services provided by any physician or medical center. Students injured during intramurals are responsible for any medical fees incurred. Food trays for students who are ill are provided by request of the nurse or Resident Director.
