“The Omnibus, our student newspaper, has been a constant in my life since my freshman year. I’ve worked on all levels of the paper: writer, section editor, and now managing editor. I’ve learned how to manage a paper and people as well as how to write and edit the paper. This has done a lot to prepare me for my future career in journalism.
I’ve also been on two mission trips, which greatly widened my perspective spiritually and culturally. These experiences have helped me connect what I’ve learned in class with what’s happening in the mission field.”

Cheer the Bearcat basketball teams to victory. Grab a burger with your roommate on the way to class. Get involved through student government. Take a mission trip to help in a Brazilian orphanage.
