Educational background: Vaughn earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Holmes Jr. College in Mississippi in 1987, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi in 1994, a Master of Science in Nursing and FNP from the University of Mississippi in 1996.
Why do you enjoy teaching? "The 'ah ha' moment when everything comes together for the studetns is very rewarding, The hours are flexible."
Areas of ministry: Vaughn is a Nursery worker monthly at Calvary Baptist Church in Republic, Missouri. She also participated in "Share the Harvest" helping to replenish the shelves of the Grand Oak Mission.
