St John’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences

St John’s College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Southwest Baptist University is a unique venture between two faith-based institutions -- Southwest Baptist University and St John’s Mercy Health System, and as such offers programs in nursing that reflect its strong Judeo-Christian heritage.

We offer programs leading to the Associate of Science in Nursing and degree completion program for registered nurses who wish to earn the Bachelor of Science in Nursing. We offer special programs to emergency medical technicians and licensed practical nurses who wish to continue their careers in health care through earning their ASN and taking the NCLEX-RN licensure examination.
