SBU: 2003.Ran a 28:21 for 26th place overall at the SBU Bearcat Invitational.Was forced to sit out the remainder of the season due to an injury and medically redshirt.

Blue Springs H.S.: Lettered in cross country for three years.Lettered in track and field one year.Received the team's Leadership Award during his senior season.Holds school record in the 3-man 3200m add-up.Personal best times: 800m - 2:17, 5k - 17:03, 8k - 28:20.Also participated in basketball his freshman and sophomore years.Four year academic letterman.Named to the Honor Roll.

Personal: 2003 graduate of Blue Springs High School.Son of Gary and Marianne Winckler.Born 29 March 1985.Majoring in English.
