ROCKHURST HANDS SBU LOSS IN KANSAS CITY

KANSAS CITY, MO. ... The Southwest Baptist University Lady Bearcats (7-8) fell below .500 with a 7-2 loss to Rockhurst University. SBU is now 5-7 against NCAA Division II schools
Lynne Klaasen/Lindsay Hickel picked up the lone doubles win with a 8-5 win over Werthmuller/Anderson in the #3 spot. Sarah Smith then took the #6 singles match over Laura Rittel, 6-2, 7-6.
SBU will be back in action on Friday, April 9, when they travel to Topeka, Kansas, to take on Washburn University.
