SBU: 2005...First season playing for the Bearcats

H.S.: Attended Bay House High School and played under Coach Claire Scanlan.Played at the Southampton Centre of Excellence as a U14 and U16 player. Attended the England trials as a U16 and U18 player and has represented her country at all levels. Played for two years in the Premier League (the top ten teams in the country) and was the highest ever goal scorer for Gosport Borough Ladies. Has a national diploma in Sport Studies.

Personal: Amy Swallow is the daughter of Sharon Lee Day and Stephen Swallow. Born September 2, 1984. Graduated from Bay House High School in June of 2001.
