Kelly Richardson enters into her first season as Head Volleyball Coach for the Bearcat Volleyball program. Richardson was a 2000 graduate of Willard High School and was named All Conference, All District, All Region and All State in her four years with Willard Volleyball. Richardson continued her volleyball career as a setter at Missouri State University before transferring to Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri. While at Evangel Richardson earned All Conference, All Region and All American honors her junior and senior year. Richardson was name National Player of the week three times in her career at Evangel. Richardson graduated from Evangel University in 2005 with her BS in Physical Education and Health Minor.

Richardson was hired as the Head Volleyball Coach at Republic High School in 2005. Richardson led the Lady Tigers to their first District and Sectional Championships in school history, and finished 3rd at the Missouri State Class 3 Championships. Richardson has sent 5 players in the past 2 years to play at the collegiate level.

Richardson is currently working on her graduate degree in Education at Missouri State University.
