Sarah Brannock will enter her second season as the graduate assistant for the Bearcat volleyball program. Brannock is a 2004 graduate of Ash Grove High School where she was a four-year starter at setter. She was an All-District First Team, All-Region Second Team and All State Second Team pick her senior year.

Brannock continued her volleyball career as a setter at Pittsburg State University. During her junior year, she was two-time MIAA Specialist of the Week, named All-MIAA Honorable Mention and broke the PSU single season school record for assists. As a senior she received CoSIDA ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District honors.

Sarah was the captain of the PSU Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leadership Team and is an active member of the regional FCA. In recent summers she spent her time travelling around the Midwest leading FCA camps and coaching volleyball camps.

Brannock graduated from Piittsburg State in 2008 with her Bachelor of Science in biology. She continues working on her graduate degree in education at Southwest Baptist University.
