Women's Results / Men's Results

PITTSBURG, KAN. ... Competing in the first outdoor meet of the 2004 season, the Southwest Baptist University track team competed in several events.

On the men's side, Clint Davis finished second in the 3000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:52.04. Austin Bunn then took third in the 3000 meter run (9:24.31). Also running in the 3000 meter run was Tom Miner (4th - 9:30.99) and Michaul Haub (6th - 9:36.51). Brandon Sherrer then finished 17th in the 800 meter run (2:10.28).

For the women, Christine Showler took fourth in the 3000 meter run (11:12.79). Jenny Trevathon claimed fifth in the 400 meter hurdles (1:20.39). In the 800 meter run, Sara Tedford was ninth (2:40.24). Also competing in the 3000 meter run was Erika Anderson (13th - 12:51.20).

Both teams will compete at the Washington University - St. Louis Invitational on Saturday, April 3rd.
