Chrissie
Gliedt saw action in one game last season and is 0-1 in her
career.
Gliedt was a four year varsity player with two years at Monett
and two at Rogers, Ark. She was on the 16-and-under Amateur
Softball Association (ASA) Missouri runner-up team, the 16-and-under
ASA Arkansas champion team. Gliedt was a member of the Arkansas
5A West District Tournament Champion team and won MVP honors
for the tournament. She led the team to the Arkansas 5A championship,
taking the MVP award home with her. The sophomore was named
Benton County, Ark. and Arkansas Gatorade Softball Player
of the Year. Gliedt led her team to a third place finish in
the ASA 18-and-under state meet and fourth place in the ASA
18- and-under regional.
She is a 2001 graduate of Rogers High School in Rogers, Ark.
Gleidt is the daughter of Roger and Dianne Gliedt and was
born on October 8, 1982.
