Cheratin
Dunn, a catcher, was a four-year varsity member on the Marshfield
High School softball team. She was all-state, all-Ozarks,
all-district for three seasons and all-conference for four
years. She was also named Co-Most Valuable Player her senior
season with Savas. Dunn is third in games played in a career
with 101 in the state of Missouri. She is third in total career
hits with 135 and is in the top ten in doubles in a single
season, triples in a career, RBI in a single season, total
bases in a single season and a career.
She helped lead her teams to an impressive 84 wins in the
last four year and helped lead the team to the Missouri State
Class 3A Championship in 1999. Dunn, along with teammate Kyleigh
Savas, hold a combined 27 school records.
Dunn is a 2002 graduate of Marshfield High School and is the
daughter of David and Cynthia Dunn. She was born on July 7,
1983.
