Tara Branham
enters her second season as a starter for the Bearcats. Branham
had a .171 batting average with 20 hits in 117 at bats. She
recorded 13 runs and one double and one homerun. She had four
RBI. She finished the 2003 season with a .205 slugging percentage.
She recorded 113 putouts and 57 assists in 2003.
Branham redshirted the 2000-01 season after leading her high
school team to back-to-back conference and district championships.
She was a three-year letterman and was named second
team all-conference once. The sophomore played four
years of basketball at Neosho and was on two conference championship
teams and won all-conference honors twice.
Branham is a 2000 graduate of Neosho High School. She is the
daughter of John and Violet Branham of Neosho and was born
on June 25, 1982.
