CIPULLI AND NORTJE IN FINALS AT RAZORBACK INVITATIONAL

LITTLE ROCK, AR. ... Playing against all NCAA Division I teams, the Southwest Baptist University Bearcats are making their presence known at the University of Arkansas. SBU has two players in the semi-finals and finals.

On Sunday, Dante Cipulli will play Alex Bucewicz (UM) in the singles semi-final and then he will team up with Johan Nortje in the doubles finals against Kuharic/Diaz (OSU).

Cipulli defeated James Spence (UM), 6-3, 6-2, to get to the semi-finals. In the consolation singles fligt A, Mark Finnegan (UM) defeated Nortje 6-2, 6-2 and in the flight B consolation Tim Link (ISU) came away with a 6-2, 6-4 win over Brian Bejema.

It took two wins for Cipulli/Nortje to make it to the doubles championship match. They defeated Nograbat (ISU)/Gubic (WSU) 8-5 and then took a 9-8 win over Southwest Missouri State's Spousta/Hanek.
