#13 SBU HANDLES ROCKHURST

BOLIVAR, MO. ... Improving their record to 11-3 on the season, the Southwest Baptist University men's tennis team came away with a 7-2 win over Rockhurst University. SBU has now won 10 of their last 12 matches.
In singles competition, the Bearcats won the #1 through the #5 spot. Dante Cipulli (#1) defeated Gareth Dowdell, 6-2, 6-2. Dowdell is ranked #49 in the nation while Cipulli is #6. Mark Eori (#2), Andras Bori (#3), Johan Nortje (#4), and Peter Joos (#5) all had victories.
Eori/Bori claimed the win in the #1 doubles matche while Nortje/Cipulli took the #2 match.
SBU will makeup the match against Graceland College on Wednesday, March 31, at 2 p.m.
