Robert Nelson is entering his first season as a Graduate Assistant here at SBU. Before coming to SBU, Nelson spent the past two years serving as a team manager for Bowling Green State University. Nelson spent his first year as a manger under former BGSU coach and former Indiana University coach Dan Dakich. He spent his second season as a manager under current BGSU coach and former NBA player Louis Orr.

Nelson graduated from BGSU in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree in Sport
Management. He has also received an Associates Degree in Business
Administration from Germanna Community College in 2006. While at SBU he will
be working towards receiving his Masters Degree in Business Administration.
