SBU: 2005 season...Entering his senior season at Southwest Baptist University...2004 season...As a junior, started all 52 games played...Led the team in runs scored (33), led the team in homeruns (12), finished second on the team for rbi's (35), led the team in total bases (98), led the team in slugging percentage (.605), and drew the most walks (33)...Started 11 games as a pitcher including pitching two complete games...Named Honorable Mention All-MIAA and earned Academic All-MIAA.

Northeastern J.C.: Played two years under head coach Bryan Shephard ... Hit .350 with 15 homeruns and 90 RBIs ... Was on the President's honor roll.

Standley Lake H.S.: Was the MVP of Jeffco League ... Named to the all-state and all-conference teams.

Personal: Brother, Derek, played minor league baseball in the Chicago Cubs organization ... Is the son of Jeff and Gloria Hines ... Born on March 21, 1983.
