BOLIVAR, Mo. -- SBU head coach, Keith Allen, has announced the following players as mid-year signees.

Ray Davis is a 5-11, 170-pound junior from Coffeyville, Kan. Davis attended Coffeville High School, where he was named 1st-team All Area his junior and senior years and to the 1st team of the All Southeast Kansas League during his sophomore, junior, and senior years. At Coffeyville High, Davis lettered in football three times, basketball four times, and track & field four times.

Tyrin Holt

Tyrin Holt is a 6-0, 184 pound sophomore from Arlington, Texas. Holt attended Juan Seguin High School, where he was named 1st-team, All-District stong safety during his junior and senior years. Holt was named team MVP after his senior season. Holt is a transfer from Highland (Kansas) Community College, where he was part of a top-25 defensive squad.

Tony Johnson

Tony Johnson is a 5-11, 230-pound sophomore from Longview, Texas. Johnson attended Longview High School, where he an honorable mention all-conference selection his senior year with 85 tackles and 5 fumble recoveries during the season. He is a transfer from Kilgore (Texas) College. Johnson is a Criminal Justice major.

Jarrod McCarty

Jarrod McCartny is a 6-1, 215-pound sophomore from Houston, Texas. McCartny attended Thurgood Marshall High School, where he lettered in football and track & field. He is a transfer from Kilgore (Texas) College.

Tyler Parsons

Tyler Parsons is a 6-0, 192-pound freshman from Hawkins, Texas. Parson attended Harmony High School in Gilmer, Tex., where he was a 2nd-team All-State receiver / defensive back, an All-District selection for four seasons, and the leading receiver in East Texas during his senior season. He is a transfer from Trinity Valley (Texas) Community College.

Kyle Tutor

Kyle Tutor is a 6-0, 285-pound junior from McCall Creek, Miss. Tutor attended Franklin County High School, where he was named All-State, All-District, All Area, All-South Dream Team as a senior. As a junior, he was named All-District and All Area.
