SBU women's tennis finishes fall slate at ITA regionals

TOPEKA, Kan. -- The SBU women's tennis team completed the fall portion of the 2009-10 season at the ITA Division II South Central Regional at Topeka. Sixty-four singles players and 32 doubles players competed for a trip to the ITA National Singles and Doubles Championships, October 15-18 in Mobile, Alabama.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- SBU's No. 1 through No. 3 singles players, Jolee Cook, Johanna Olsson and Jenna Hendrickson, earned All-MIAA Honorable Mention in their respective flights in conference honors announced Wednesday.

Women's tennis ends season in MIAA tourney loss to UNO

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The SBU Bearcat women's tennis team fell to Nebraska-Omaha, 5-3, in the first round of the MIAA tournament on Saturday. The loss ended the Bearcats' season at 8-9 overall.
