Freshman Rachel Graves tallied 13 points and 6 assists.
BOLIVAR, MO - The SBU Lady Cats remained undefeated as they beat Central Methodist 98-49.

SBU had six players in double figures. Kristina Salscheider led all scoring with 15 points. Cortney Shewmaker added 14. Traci Bybee and Rachel Graves both had 13. Livia Brito and Courtney Creed both scored 11.

Brito had eight rebounds as the Lady 'Cats out-rebounded Central Methodist 39-30. SBU forced 30 turnovers of Central Methodist.
Sophomore Courtney Creed had 11 points and 5 rebounds.

Head Coach Jim Middleton said his players "really came out on fire. Our shots were on at the start of the game. Our press defense was good. Our bench did a wonderful job. Our depth, in general, was a big positive factor. It's good to be home. It was a great effort. We've put ourselves in a good position for the start of conference play."

Leading 98-49 with seconds remaining, the crowd urged the Lady 'Cats to try to hit the century mark with their last shot. But in a class act, Coach Middleton signaled for them to stall out the clock.

The Lady 'Cats are in action next at home on Saturday, December 11, against Northwest Missouri State. Game time is at 5:30.
