SBU finishes season against Missouri-Rolla

Cheratin Dunn started 173 games for SBU in four years and is an all-MIAA Honorable Mention selection from the 2003 season.

BOLIVAR, MO. ... In the season finale at the SBU Softball Field, the University of Missouri-Rolla swept Southwest Baptist University in a double-header.  SBU finishes the season at 17-32.

UMR took game one, 1-0, and then had five home runs in game 2 for an 8-1 win.  Stephanie Martin and Lyndsey Fisher took the losses.

Rebecca Cook had the lone hit in game one and then Martin was 2-of-3 in game two.  Amanda Orchard had a home run for SBU's one run. 

SBU losses only one player from the 2006 team in senior Cheratin Dunn.  Dunn played in 173 total games for SBU starting them all.  She will be missed.
