SBU Bearcats Put Seven on All-MIAA Soccer Team

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The SBU Bearcats have landed seven players (which includes a Co-Freshman of the Year) on the All-MIAA Women's Soccer Team.

Representing the Bearcats on the first team were Caitlin Tull (B, 5-8, Jr., Yuba City, Calif.) and Rhiane Mitchell (F, 5-10, Fr., Manchester, England).

SBU's Nicola Cousins was the only Bearcat on the MIAA's second team. Cousins was also named as the MIAA Co-Freshman of the Year.

Terri Beddows (B, 5-6, Fr., Cardiff, Wales), Vanessa Roher (B, 5-5, Jr., Lee's Summit, Mo.), Krysten Clardy (M, 5-5, Sr., Lee's Summit, Mo.) and Shannon Roher (M, 5-5, Jr., Lee's Summit, Mo.) were named on the MIAA's honorable mention list.
