Emporia, Kan. - The Bearcats lose in three (25-14, 25-16, 25-17) to #11 Emporia State.

Freshman Kylie Heim and Ashley Jurgensmeyer led the Bearcats in kills with 8 apiece.

The Bearcats were able to out block there opponents 8-5 on the night.

SBU are now 9-10, 1-5 in the MIAA and will be travelling back to Kansas this weekend where they will face #8 Washburn and Fort Hays State.
