Bearcat Volleyball loses to Bulldogs

BOLIVAR, Mo. - The Bearcats lose in three (25-9, 26-24, 25-21) to the Bulldogs of Truman State.

The Bearcats fought back hard in the second set, after having a slow start to the match, but were unable to take the set from the Bulldogs with the it ending 26-24 in Truman States favor.

Bolivar native, Rachel Sawyer led the team in kills with 12 and blocks with a massive 7 for the night.

Brianna Wallace added 29 assists to her season total, bringing her to 523.

The Bearcats look forward to this weekends games and playing on their home court. They host Missouri Western State on Friday, at 7pm and Northwest Missouri State on Saturday, at 1pm.
